Penny McBride

penny3A successful history creating the business case for the environmental challenges faced by many around the globe motivates me to continue to find innovative solutions to share with others. Being fortunate to works on rewarding projects that integrate food and organic waste utilization, urban agriculture and green building standards has allowed me to understand that there are many creative answers available today.

An MA in Environment and Community from Antioch University taught me the possibilities that utilizing a systems approach to finding creative solutions to many of today’s planetary pressures can be successfully integrated to find effective and dynamic answers.

Many tireless years of work as the founder of Vertical Harvest, as well as the other community-based ventures that I have spearheaded, have granted me the ability and desire to share these hard-earned lessons with others.
